Due to ongoing growth, we seek a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to maximise opportunities across the product groups, whilst leading a passionate sales and marketing team. About the role: Drive growth strategy both within New Zealand and internationally Identify opportunities to increase sales across three distinct product groups/markets Identify new product opportunities, manage new product launches and ensure sales strategy is implemented and new product sales targets are achieved Lead, coach and develop a sales and marketing team of 8 Develop and execute domestic and global marketing and supply chain plans Build and manage marketing plans across all products and markets Manage domestic and international key account customers Ensure top and bottom line revenue goals are met and exceeded Work closely with the GM to implement robust CRM and sales tools, ensuring improved efficiencies and utilisation About you: You can demonstrate an impressive track record of sales success in the agricultural, horticulture, viticulture or related product engineering sectors Ideally, you have worked with both domestic and international customers - alongside driving sales, familiarity with global marketing and supply chain planning would be highly regarded You're experienced in overseeing marketing strategy and implementation, understanding the importance of a robust marketing plan - including social media presence, SEO, generational leads etc Your relationship building skills are second to none - both internal and external stakeholders You have strong analytical skills - able to interpret market data and develop value-add business solutions, such as ROI analysis A Degree in business (commerce, marketing, international business or other relevant tertiary qualification) is desirable.
