This role will focus on acquiring new property owners, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.The Sales Manager will play a key role in onboarding new clients and expanding our presence in Auckland.
Responsibilities include the accurate collection of new property and owner details and assisting with the entry in Re-Lease of new properties and owners.Key tasks involve the design and implementation of an annual marketing plan in conjunction with HiAtlas Ltd, preparation of advertising material including newspaper advertising, web advertising, and flyers, and reviewing marketing strategies in a timely manner to recommend variations.All employees should have personal attributes of professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness in all dealings with customers and clients alike.
