Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in New Zealand's dynamic market. This role involves developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand recognition, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the New Zealand automotive market. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, distributors, and customers. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Marketing Execution: Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials that resonate with the target audience. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget to optimize resources and ensure maximum ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent degree.  3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
