We are bright, colourful, stylish and we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our hardworking and dedicated crew.Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of this role include:Overseeing and managing the sales and marketing functions of the HotelFocusing on maximising meeting and events revenueIn collaboration with the Revenue Manager, developing comprehensive strategies aimed at maximising REVPARDevelop and execute sales and marketing plans using innovative promotional campaigns and focusing on local partnershipsDrive new business acquisition and implement cross selling strategiesOversee the hotels digital presenceQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:Previous Sales/Marketing experience - preferably in a hotel environmentExceptional relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of peopleEntrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and a high level of energyUp to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practicesA care for your fellow team matesA desire to have fun at work!Additional InformationWhy work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
