In line with our goal to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our sales and marketing efforts to new heights.Job Overview:The Sales and Marketing Manager will plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate our advertising, sales, and marketing activities. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to promote our goods and services, generate brand loyalty, and maintain our company's image and reputation. Additionally, this position will involve tasks related to customer service management, including the acquisition and implementation of a CRM system tailored to our company's needs.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Targets:Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies.Maximise sales by implementing a customer loyalty system.Monitor and analyse sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's goods and services to a broad audience with a focus on the newer generation of customers.Oversee digital communication strategy using the existing channels and tools as well as keeping an eye on newer trends.Create and reinforce brand image and brand loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns.Oversee market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Public Relations:Direct the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain the company's image and reputation.Manage communication with customers, business partners, and the wider public.Handle media relations and public profile.Customer Relations:Develop and review policies, programs, and procedures concerning customer relations and services provided.Ensure operational efficiency within customer service operations.Plan and implement after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction and performance of goods purchased.Team Management:Provide direction and feedback to team members.Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff providing customer services.Motivate and develop staff to achieve customer service excellence.CRM System Implementation:Oversee the acquisition and implementation of a CRM system specific to the needs of a Gate Automation company of our size.Ensure the CRM system enhances customer relationship management and operational efficiency.Liaise with other organisational units, service agents, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.Job pre-requisites:Minimum 2 Years of ExperienceBachelor's degree will be an advantageExperience in the automation industry will be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
