Sales And Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at C Homes. The ideal candidate will work in our office in Hamilton, be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based on working 40 hours per week, with a salary range from $66,000 to $70,000 based on your experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.Identify and target potential clients and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media.Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote C Homes.Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities and results.Requirements:At least Level 7 Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field, ORAt least two years experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a relevant role.Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
