We have a rare opportunity for an experienced designer to join our team based in Queenstown, New Zealand.
About the role Our Graphic and Interactive Designer will bring our brands to life by providing design and production services using digital, video and print channels.
We are looking for a versatile and creative designer who brings fresh ideas and a strong work ethic to join our dynamic team,working collaboratively in a flexible and fun environment.
Working closely with our Graphic Designer y ou will work on design collateral, campaigns, brand initiatives and digital communications to captivate our customers and tell our stories.
You will contribute significantly to our marketing department, leading design projects to drive engagement, efficiency and consistency throughout all marketing collateral.
About You 2+ years proven experience with an a portfolio that demonstrates your experience across a wide range of digital creative - graphic and motion, brand, social etc.
High level of proficiency in graphic design software; particularly Adobe Creative Suite incl.
Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, google web designer and video editing software Passion for pushing creative boundaries, taking initiative and being at the forefront of current design trends Lead design work for brand strategy development Management of the graphic design process for projects adhering to brand guidelines/core values and high levels of accuracy Creation of designs or set of designs for various clients that are consistent with the agreed conceptual approach, reflect brand values and propositions and engage target audience Liaison with internal clients to ascertain needs and aspirations for each assignment ensuring desired outcome and cost parameters are understood Providing expert advice and guidance during concept design and development stage Layout skills Creativity Deadline-oriented Photography and/or videography abilities is a bonus Excellent time management skills, and an ability to multitask and perform to tight deadlines Understanding of design principles and best practices in digital, interactive and print media.
