Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles.
Handle the finance process, including loan applications, documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Manage CRM systems, maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
Provide administrative support, including handling contracts, processing transactions, and managing inventory records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing clear and concise information.
Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Utilize computer systems to manage sales data, customer information, and financial documentation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a car dealership, particularly in sales and finance roles.
Strong experience in administration and CRM management.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
