Sales and Business Information CoordinatorPan Pac's Lumber division provides high quality sawn lumber to customers across New Zealand and in 30 different countries. This role is a one-year fixed term role reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager. In your role as Sales and Business Information Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to the Lumber sales team and work closely with the wider Lumber team. Your key responsibilities will include administrative support for sales, dispatch, and shipping, collation of business information, relationship management, and inventory management, all of which will have you engaging with internal and external stakeholders. It is expected that when carrying out the functions of your role, you will foster positive relationships with our internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure Pan Pac's reputation is always maintained.This role is a day position, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm.About UsWe add value to our natural resources. You also have:Excellent written and oral communication skills, including confidence in communicating cross-culturallyMinimum 2 years experience in an administration roleExperience in a sales role highly desirableA high level of energy and composure during times of pressureThe ability to relate to and build positive relationships with all levels in an organisationStrong attention to detailStrong computer literacy and competence with Microsoft applicationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageousExcellent time management skills with proven ability to plan and organise well, prioritise, multitask and deliver on promisesProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required, as well as collaboratively within a teamA strong work ethic and proactive "can do" attitudeWe look forward to seeing your application.
