Sales and Business Information Coordinator Pan Pac's Lumber division provides high quality sawn lumber to customers across New Zealand and in 30 different countries. This role is a one-year fixed term role reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager. In your role as Sales and Business Information Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to the Lumber sales team and work closely with the wider Lumber team. Your key responsibilities will include administrative support for sales, dispatch, and shipping, collation of business information, relationship management, and inventory management, all of which will have you engaging with internal and external stakeholders. It is expected that when carrying out the functions of your role, you will foster positive relationships with our internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure Pan Pac's reputation is always maintained.
This role is a day position, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm.

About You
You ideally have experience in a sales role or aspire to pursue a career in sales. You also have:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including confidence in communicating cross-culturally
Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role
Experience in a sales role highly desirable
A high level of energy and composure during times of pressure
The ability to relate to and build positive relationships with all levels in an organisation
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer literacy and competence with Microsoft applications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageous
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to plan and organise well, prioritise, multitask and deliver on promises
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required, as well as collaboratively within a team
A strong work ethic and proactive "can do" attitude
