Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Reporting into the General Manager, you'll coach and manage a team while hitting your own sales targets, develop strategies, and have a key focus on new business development.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue * Lead and motivate the sales team to hit individual and team targets * Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders * Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities * Report on sales performance and forecasts * Achieve personal and team KPIs What you'll need to succeed.
