Full TimeMy client, an employer of choice in the industry, and an award-winning part of a large national franchise group, is looking for a new Branch Manager to lead one of their high-performing teams to even greater success.If you are looking for an opportunity to lead, coach, mentor, and take responsibility for the success of a business within a business, whilst being supported by a professional, well-managed yet caring leadership group, then this role is the one.I have recruited several senior leadership roles in recent years for this business, and every successful candidate is still with the business and enjoying career growth development and ongoing opportunities within the larger group.Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Manager, you will work together with the management team to:Create and report on sales forecasts and achievement.Lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve these results.Identify productivity gaps and address them.Maintain ongoing recruitment activities.Assist with outreach and business relations.Manage compliance within the Branch.To be successful in your application, you will need to exhibit:Experience running high-performing teams preferred.A coaching mindset.The ability to lead by example.The ability to quickly generate trust and confidence.Strong negotiation and client management ability.A resilient and persistent attitude.Branch Management qualifications and experience are preferred, but if you exhibit the required attributes and believe your experience would be applicable to this role, you are encouraged to apply as the business would fund the cost of the right candidate achieving the required qualifications.In this role, you will be rewarded with an appropriate negotiated base salary and a lucrative bonus structure designed to encourage and reward your success.
