Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Manager, you will work together with the management team to:
Create and report on sales forecasts and achievement. Lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve these results. Identify productivity gaps and address them. Maintain ongoing recruitment activities. Assist with outreach and business relations. Manage compliance within the Branch. To be successful in your application, you will need to exhibit:
Experience running high-performing teams preferred. A coaching mindset. The ability to lead by example. The ability to quickly generate trust and confidence. Strong negotiation and client management ability. A resilient and persistent attitude.
