My client, an employer of choice in the industry, and an award-winning part of a large national franchise group, is looking for a new Branch Manager to lead one of their high-performing teams to even greater success.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Manager, you will work together with the management team to:
Create and report on sales forecasts and achievement.
Lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve these results.
Identify productivity gaps and address them.
Maintain ongoing recruitment activities.
Assist with outreach and business relations.
Manage compliance within the Branch.
To be successful in your application, you will need to exhibit:
