What's the job?
You will be responsible for finding candidates and placing those candidates into jobs with other NZ businesses.
Key responsibilities include: Sales calls – 100+ calls per week (if you don't get a buzz off cold calling or are willing to keep calling, then this job is not for you) Business development - bringing on new clients through a variety of sales methods Building client relationships Extracting value from existing clients Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (writing job ads, screening, interviewing, referencing, background checks) Creating a strong candidate pipeline to keep up with your clients' needs Managing health and safety requirements What we're offering: Base salary + best in market commission (OTE $120K+) Additional rewards & incentives for hitting targets (every 4 weeks) Development and progression opportunities – clear plan to senior roles Positive high performing work environment Flexible start/end times Your birthday off work (paid!)

To be successful in this role you will: Have an outgoing energetic personality Must be motivated and have a strong drive for results Strong work ethic – this role requires someone to put in effort to build their client base Experience in working in a fast-paced office environment Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse set of people Have the confidence to pick up the phone & be proactive with managing clients and candidates Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Be organised, able to multi-task and work at pace Have a positive can-do attitude Sales experience would be beneficial but not necessary If you're keen to join an exciting business with huge growth plans and meet the description above, please apply with your CV.
