We want to hear from you!Role Overview:As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing existing client accounts and driving business growth across the Taupo to Auckland region. This is a customer-centric role where you'll be responsible for conducting account reviews and actively pursuing growth opportunities. You'll be working with a wide variety of clients, including commercial, retail, and construction businesses, and be a key player in delivering solutions that drive success.Key Responsibilities:Account Management: Balance a 50/50 role between managing existing accounts and growing new business opportunities. You will be excited to leverage your existing network with these exciting opportunities!Building Connections: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across the North Island.Sales & Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including permanent placements, guards, patrols, and casual security services.Your Manager: Enjoy autonomy with a leadership style built on trust—work independently but know that support is always available when needed.Travel: You will be on the move! 25% of your time will involve travel across the region to meet with clients and build relationships.Ownership & Accountability: Own your targets, budgets, and performance metrics.
