The role
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), the Sales Analyst Lead is responsible for the collation and analysis of the sales data for the Customer leadership team to develop sales strategies aligned with the CyberCX goals and objectives.
Day to day you will:
Collect and prepare regular global sales data for Chief Customer Officer and Customer Leadership team – highlighting patterns and opportunities
Analyse global sales data to provide actionable insights and present business development strategies to the Customer Leadership team
Collaborate with Customer and Marketing teams to enable global business development plans in line with Customer team targets
Research and identify potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities for CyberCX and insights to the Customer Leadership team
Regularly conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
Work closely with the Customer leadership team to meet sales targets across each region
Skills and experience
This role requires full working rights in Australia (no current or future sponsorship will be offered). Only Sydney based applicants will be considered for this role (no relocation on offer).
A minimum of 4 years' experience in the full range of reporting activities
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels
Skills in forecasting and sales reporting
A strong team player who can work autonomously when required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
Strong attention to detail and deadline-focus
Tertiary qualifications desirable
