Duties and Responsibilities:Greet customers who enter the storeGive advice and guidance on product selection to customers through discovery and effectively process and promote in-store offersAssist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for, enhancing sales through add-ons and upselling.Work on the CRM to maximize opportunities and conversion, gathering leads and ensuring all follow-ups are carried out, therefore gaining the highest levels of sale conversionCommunicate with customers both face to face and digitallyEfficiently and accurately process sales ordersProcess cash and card payments Minimum Skills and Experience Required:A proven sales/retail backgroundAble to demonstrate outstanding levels of customer serviceDemonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm to deliver a great customer experienceAn ability to work under pressure, to clear goals and targets while maximizing opportunitiesExcellent communication skills with a digital understanding of how to communicate to customers with written, verbal, and virtual meansIT literate with Office 365, Word & ExcelShow initiative to work independently and within a teamHave an outgoing personalityProblem-solving ability Salary and Benefits:A salary of circa £22,000 per annum, with OTE of £30,000Pension contributionTraining and learning developmentFree parkingAnnual leave entitlement
