The Role:
Based in the Rangiora office you will manage the administration for the sales agents and ensure listings and contracts are handled accurately and efficiently. Juggling several tasks plus attending to reception, this role is suited to a person who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys a sales environment. A sense-of-humour is essential, as is the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage the administration process for new listings
Coordinate the sales contracts
Liaise with solicitors and other external professionals
Deliver exceptional service to visitors
Assist with the development of marketing material
Contribute to the overall success of the team
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a real estate office
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Exceptional customer service experience in a professional environment
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Outstanding personal presentation
The Benefits:
Based in Rangiora
$30 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)
9.00am to 4.00pm – Monday to Friday
