Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator provides essential support to the sales function by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting in the sales process.
The role is crucial for ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and allowing the sales team to focus on client engagement.
Your tasks and duties will include; Preparing and processing quotes, rate schedules and proposals Generating regular reports and analytics for the sales team, management and customers Serving as a primary point of contact for customer sales inquiries and assisting in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products/services Assisting with preparation and management of customer events and hospitality Assisting with market research activities Analyzing data from a range of sources to support customer management, reporting and to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop data-driven strategies for business improvement You will need strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis skills.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail and a take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
