Responsibilities:Preparing quotes for customersProcessing customer orders and processing invoices including webshop ordersMaintaining the loaner databaseMaintaining Data Quality and MonitoringProcurement and Logistics Ordering and receipting of stock from factoriesArranging freight to customers and service stock to service engineersCarrying out the annual stocktake and the monthly cycle countsHelping out with the logistics of marketing eventsOther tasks General administration and local IT tasks - ordering stationery, organising events in office, catering etc.Requirements:Proficiency in SAP preferred (sales and distribution module and material management module would be an advantage)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Excel and Word)Prior experience in CRM systems would be an added advantageStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and responsibly within a teamOther requirements: Applicants must have full working rights in New Zealand.
