Work Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (5AM - 1PM PHT) New Zealand time with a 30-min unpaid lunch break
Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Manage email inbox and receive inbound calls
? Respond to customer web queries about company products and services
? Set appointments for Sales Representatives and Operations Manager
? Allocate leads from lead generation database
? Regularly update CRM and Job Management Software to maintain data quality
? Assist with preparation of key documentation for clients and staff
? Work closely with the accounts team to ensure that invoices and payments are correctly formatted/created
? Assist with developing marketing materials for commercial distribution
? Prepare and submit sales quotations
? Handle franchisee inquiries and provide information about the franchise model and opportunities
? Assist with other ad hoc administrative and accounts duties as required
Requirements Skills and Competencies
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? High attention to detail
? High level of computer literacy
? Friendly and Professional – able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed
? Team player – the ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done
? Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so
? Desire to learn, seek new challenges, and take on additional responsibilities
? Reasoning ability. Good common sense with the ability to solve practical problems
? Flexible and adaptable – able to operate in a fast-paced environment and change to suit the conditions
Education, Certifications, and Experience
? At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role or customer service
? Experience with accounting software (such as Xero) and payroll software is advantageous
? Tertiary qualifications are preferred
Language Skills
? Ability to speak and write English fluently and relay information between the team, customers, office staff, and potential franchisees
