Sales Administrator/Customer Service - Part Time - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
8am to 4.30pm
We are a leading supplier of chemicals, equipment, and food packaging to the professional cleaning and hospitality market. We are seeking a friendly and well-organised Sales Administrator/Customer Service to join our team.
You will be able to liaise with the Sales team, Warehouse, Customers, and on all facets of the business.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with trade - however not required. Be prepared to multi-task around the business in times of need; being flexible is key. Work within a close-knit team environment. Have customer service experience in answering phones, taking orders, processing on the system, and other follow-ups. Have the ability to handle customer queries and problem-solving. Possess good computer skills; Accredo experience would be advantageous. Exhibit a diligent and thorough approach in all aspects of the role with attention to detail. This role is based within our Whangarei office and requires a hands-on approach. The ability to deal with a cross-section of business-to-business customers will be an advantage.
