This role will identify and drive new business opportunities to:• Maximise membership and customer engagement and spend.• Grow our member and customer base.• Drive new member and customer growth through seeking new opportunities to network and grow brand awareness.Key attributes for the successful person will include:• A proven track record in sales excellence.• Be passionate about and have a strong background in customer service.• Previous experience in account management/ business development.• You will have an eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to pick up the phone and be proactive.• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, as is the ability to build positive relationships with people internally and externally.• Previous experience in a membership-based organisation and/or HubSpot would be advantageous, but not required.This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented and highly committed team.
