As a Real Estate account manager, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining long term enduring relationships with key customers and working closely to problem solve and to provide superior solutions. This role is about presenting you as the "face of industry" and being the go-to contact person for Real Estate needs.
Reporting lines: The Sales Accounts Manager: Real Estate reports to the Head of B2B Sales and has no reports.
Job Description Your key responsibilities: Taking a consultative approach, develop and nurture valued enduring relationships with a portfolio of major clients to achieve sales targets through the implementation of appropriate strategies. Become the go to person for Real Estate clients and one that is known to solve their problems. Build and maintain enduring relationships with key Real Estate clients by attending face-to-face client meetings. Expand the relationships with existing customers by assessing and validating your customers' needs and on-selling them additional product volume. Work closely with various internal SCG teams to maintain and further develop the relationships with key accounts. Maintain data and information relevant to Real Estate accounts through Skills' CRM Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders Serve as the link of communication between Real Estate customers and internal teams Represent Skills Group at Real Estate conferences and industry specific events. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Objectives are set and agreed each year and reviewed during monthly one-on-one meetings. Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge of the Real Estate suite of qualifications and how they are delivered in the marketplace. Proven experience as key account manager Strong orientation towards consultative relationship management and understanding of how to create and maintain profitable business partnerships with assigned accounts Strong skills in written and verbal communications, negotiation, time management, planning and presentation Excellent interpersonal and business decision making skills Proven analytical skills and ability to produce action plans based on data and market intelligence.
