Our opportunity Due to our existing Sales Account Manager going on parental leave, we have an amazing opportunity for a motivated Account Manager to manage & drive sales of our sugar products across international markets in Asia and the Pacific Islands. Key responsibilities include: Drive the sales and profit performance for export sugar sales by negotiating and securing profitable sales Provide technical, quality sugar futures market knowledge and other services to our customers Complete necessary administration in line with high level of expectations; Effective communication with Business Support team to ensure seamless export customer servicing General sales support and specific Manage escalations and customer complaints courteously, passing all relevant information on where required About You As our new team member will be an effective negotiator with proven account management experience, a head for numbers and will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Strong and confident communication skills and an ability to cope under stress are essential to this role. You will be a considered decision maker and analytical problem solver.
