Do you believe in empowering young Kiwi's to lead change in their communities?Do you have a passion for road safety and helping educate the next generation of New Zealanders to make positive choices on the road?Do you believe in working together with other community organisations who are all trying to achieve the same thing - prevent loss on our roads?This is your opportunity to join SADD as a Programme Delivery Lead, working directly with passionate young leaders, secondary schools, youth organisations and community partners.You will be tasked with delivering the SADD programme in the South Island secondary schools and youth organisations by facilitating new and existing student-led groups, building new relationships, and maintaining community connections in an effective, impactful, and sustainable way.We are looking for a team player who is approachable and flexible, has an affinity for youth, and who has the following qualities:Experience working with young people and an understanding of youth issues,Ability to inspire changeAbility to think outside the box and problem solveA positive, enthusiastic and motivated mindsetAre proactive, persistent, and confident in establishing new connectionsThe ability to be creative and try new ways to engage rangatahiExceptional relationship building and communication skillsAn understanding and appreciation for Tikanga MaoriExperience in facilitation and public speakingFlexibility and availability to travel when requiredFull, clean drivers licence and safe driving values is essential Experience is desirable but not essential.
