About The Role
We are looking for a Night Manager to join our team. Experience in customer service and hotel financial reporting & audit is essential. This role holds the responsibility of assisting in the efficient running of hotel operations during the night shift.
In the absence of Executive Management, oversee and coordinate operational activities of all departments, health & safety measures are implemented & monitored, and record incidents/accidents.
The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems unsupervised that may arise within the operation of the hotel.
Checking and reconciling the day's business transactions for each outlet.
To carry out hotel financial and operational audit procedures in line with company policy.
Anticipate and attend to guest requests and/or comments promptly and effectively communicate and log feedback.
