This is a perfect opportunity to showcase the passion and drive you have for providing exceptional service and delivering high quality risk advice to our clients in the rural community.As a Rural Manager, based out of our Whangarei office and servicing clients across the region, your key focus will be visiting our rural clients to discuss their business risks and develop tailor made insurance solutions to meet the needs of their farming operation / business.We are looking for people with – Experience within the insurance or finance industry; along with a Financial Services Level 5 Certificate (or willing to work towards) Strong exceptional, value driven and genuine experience in building relationships with clients and the community A positive, growth mindset and enthusiastic attitude; with a never-ending commitment to the client while balancing the needs of the Mutual A solution driven focus, high achiever, someone who embraces change and stays cool, calm and collected when the pressure may be on At FMG, we know our success is because of our people.
