Free mandatory Postgraduate study is provided after one year on the job, so applicants must hold a degree to meet the requirements to enrol in the Massey University Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching. In addition to Postgraduate study, we offer ongoing professional learning and development opportunities and support for career growth. Applicants must hold a full driver's licence and be willing to use their own vehicle for work purposes, if required. As RTLB work itinerantly across a variety of schools in our region, you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and willing to support diverse learning environments.
