The Opportunity
Based in Rotorua, this engaging and exciting management role will see you expand our customer relationships and further develop the award-winning franchise system across Rotorua and Taupo.
Reporting to the GM of Franchise Services, you will lead a team of 27 existing franchise owners liaising with over 160 commercial cleaning customers throughout the Central Bay of Plenty. Our plan is to double the size of the business by 2028.

Objectives
To promote, develop and maintain business with our existing and new customers.
To ensure that all aspects of the customer expectations are met: From initial engagement to accurate quoting, service agreement implementation, account administration, to service delivery of cleaning and consumable services by the franchisee team.
To develop and retain new business, by representing the brand and its products and services, always ensuring a deliverable solution.
Timely maintenance of the CRM database with all sales and operational activities.
Oversee and co-ordinate resolution of any customer issues, give full support to providing a satisfactory solution for the required outcome, to build strong relationships, which contribute ongoing value to the customer.
Market Intelligence - keeping up to date with the local business community, knowing your local market and by attending relevant business networking functions.
To lead new franchisees through the sales process.
To appoint new franchisees and co-ordinate their induction and training.
Introduce franchisees with customers, co-ordinate their activities and assign contracts to franchisees in a business savvy manner.
Build and maintain a rapport with your franchisees and other members of the wider CrestClean team.
Meet with franchisees to review and monitor their business performance with annual planning sessions, quality audits, safety observations and professional business guidance.
Live and champion a culture where health, safety and wellbeing are number one.
To maintain and nurture the company culture as a franchise-focused organisation.
In all the above to always conduct oneself in a professional business-like manner.
About you:
You will have extensive sales and account management experience and have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. You will bring your commercial thinking and business acumen to this role and have empathy for challenges that occur within our franchisee businesses from time to time.
Other key requirements include:

Excellent computer literacy ability on the Microsoft suite of products.
