With an innovative and well-resourced team, we offer turnkey solutions for all on-farm water reticulation requirements including power, pumps, pipe, and Pivots.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Roto Service Technician who understands New Zealand's farming systems, to join our large team based in Ashburton. Working closely with the servicing team, your key focus will lie in utilising your experience to provide exceptional service, ensuring timely servicing, fault-finding, and repair services to keep our clients' irrigation systems operating.Qualifications & ExperienceMechanical knowledge and understandingUse of Hand Tools, including battery and power toolsFull and clear driver's license (Class 1 and/or Class 2)Welding experienceUnderstanding of hydraulics, pumps, etc.Ability to work in both a team and autonomouslyTasks & ResponsibilitiesCarry out service work/installations on Roto Rainer equipment, surface pumps, and piping, including installation of and/or service Vibra Screen installations.Monitor work for efficiency and quality and ensure a high standard of workmanship.Ensure accuracy of parts used on jobs are recorded and/or allocated to job using Sim Pro.Complete mechanical repairs to Roto Rainers and assist with effluent troubleshooting to solve client issues in the most practical and cost-effective way.
