You will coordinate effective and efficient rostering of our Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe services to the people we support, taking ownership of the rostering processes to ensure Support Workers are rostered as per their competencies, availability and contracted hours.Coordination of Service rosters through efficient scheduling practicesProvide accurate and timely information to services regarding their rostersEffective use of client management systems (CMS) as per policy and procedureEnsure staff availability is up to date on the CMSRelief cover organised for Support Workers for planned and unplanned leaveBuild and maintain strong relationships with support workers and managersManage sick and annual leave of Support Workers effectivelyThis is a casual role based in our Albany office in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland. Hours of work will be working shifts across a seven-day roster with shifts ranging as below:6:00am to 14:30pm8:30am to 17:00pm3:00pm to MidnightPrevious experience in scheduling/coordinating rosters using MS Excel or a Client Management SystemStrong organisational skills required to establish priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationshipsDemonstrated commitment to the principles and practice of Te Tiriti o WaitangiHow to apply | Me pehea ki te tonoPlease apply via our website with your CV and a cover letter.
