You will coordinate effective and efficient rostering of our Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe services to the people we support, taking ownership of the rostering processes to ensure Support Workers are rostered as per their competencies, availability and contracted hours.Coordination of Service rosters through efficient scheduling practicesProvide accurate and timely information to services regarding their rostersEffective use of client management systems (CMS) as per policy and procedureEnsure staff availability is up to date on the CMS Relief cover organised for Support Workers for planned and unplanned leaveBuild and maintain strong relationships with support workers and managersManage sick and annual leave of Support Workers effectivelyThis is a casual role based in our Albany office in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland.
