Full Time Career Opportunity Attractive Package Collaborative Team & Supportive Leadership   THE OPPORTUNITY   As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Roofing Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of residential supply and fit roofing projects.
This role manages projects from job sign-up through to final installation, ensuring efficient planning, coordination of materials and labour, and high levels of communication.
With accountability for quality, safety, and client satisfaction, the Project Manager ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES Review consented plans for each job to ensure compliance and identify any changes to what was quoted.
Developed customised project plans tailored for each job's unique specifications.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth project execution.
Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Allocate and manage in-house teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
Consistent project oversight and quality control.
Oversee financial management across all projects.
Ensure all contractors are prequalified to meet health and safety standards.
ABOUT YOU Proven experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Expertise in project planning, including the creation and management of timelines, schedules, and resource allocation for labour, materials, and equipment.
Strong understanding of building codes and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry with experience conducting safety audits and managing compliance documentation.
