Paul Smith Earthmoving is a premier earthmoving company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality civil projects across the South Island.
We are looking for a roller/water cart driver to join us on a fixed-term contract until February 2026 for the development of a major community facility.
Skills and attributes required:

Previous experience in the earthmoving industry.
Appropriate licences and endorsements, or international equivalent.
Always reliable and punctual.
Strong understanding of site safety and compliance.
Good communication skills amongst peers, managers, and clients.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
Have a good work ethic, keen attitude, and take pride in your work.
Be flexible and prepared to work both on the ground and on a machine.
