Roller/Plant Operator

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operating machinery, with the ability to provide references to support their experience. This role requires flexibility in working hours, with varying start and finish times, including the possibility of day and night shifts, as well as occasional weekend work.Key Responsibilities:Operate roller and other heavy machinery as required on various civil construction projects.Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.Assist with general labour tasks when required.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards.Maintain machinery and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.Requirements:Must hold a full Class 1 licence with WTR endorsements.Proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly rollers.Ability to provide references to confirm experience and reliability.Flexibility with working hours, including the ability to work day or night shifts and weekends as needed.Strong work ethic, with a willingness to assist in various tasks beyond machinery operation.Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume along with references online now!
