)As the Operator, you're not just supervising—you'll be right in the action, operating advanced machinery and ensuring your team delivers high-quality road markings.
It's a hands-on role that requires skill, leadership, and a love for getting things done.Key Responsibilities:Operate High-Tech Machinery - Get behind the controls of our road-marking equipment (CAP and paint machines) and ensure it's working flawlessly.Lead Your Crew - Set the standard for your team, providing guidance and support to get the job done right.Plan & Prep - Organize daily and weekly tasks, keep the crew and equipment ready for action, and tackle challenges as they come.Health & Safety First - Identify potential hazards and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.What You Bring:Leadership skills or the drive to develop them.Strong hands-on, technical abilities with an interest in machinery.Ability to travel nationally (and sometimes internationally!
).Great communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.As a Road Marking Assistant, you'll be working closely with the Operator, learning the ropes and gaining practical, hands-on experience.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a leadership position one day.Key Responsibilities:Support the Operator - Assist with machinery setup, equipment maintenance, and keeping the worksite running smoothly.Be Prepared - Help ensure all materials and resources are available for each project, and assist with planning and prepping.Traffic Control - Assist with traffic control duties if qualified (we'll provide training!
