About the opportunity As the Roading Manager, you'll develop and maintain a safe, accessible, and efficient road network for our community.
You and your team will manage roading contracts and projects, ensuring our roading services meet strategic goals and operational excellence.
With a mix of strategic planning, budget oversight, and hands-on leadership, you'll drive innovation and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance our roading network.
This is a full-time position based in Mangawhai or Dargaville, with work from home options. About you We're seeking a dynamic professional engineer with a strong background in roading, exceptional contract management, and great communication skills.
Your leadership inspires team success, and your expertise in project management, problem-solving, and financial management ensures seamless operations.
