Working towards delivering the best for their community, you will be joining an energetic and high-achieving organization that provides a supportive team culture.The RoleAs the Roading Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining a local road network that is suitable for its intended use, fully accessible, and safe, while ensuring that transportation services are delivered effectively and efficiently. This role involves the effective delivery of transportation services, asset management plans, and overseeing CAPEX and OPEX contracts for both subsidised and non-subsidised projects.Other Duties IncludeOversee and manage the operations of the roading services for the area.Deliver both the strategic and business plans and then ensure they align with implemented roading activities.Prepare, monitor, and report on the roading annual budget and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.Build and maintain a professional relationship with a range of internal and external stakeholders.About youOur successful applicant will have management experience and a strong background in roading engineering.
