Roading Foreman

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. The Role My client is seeking an experienced Roading Foreman or Supervisor to lead a team through their large forward workload for 2024/2025. This role will be involved in a variety of projects throughout the Queenstown Lakes District and Central Otago. This is a permanent fulltime role, working Monday-Friday with some Saturdays if required, minimum of 80 hours per fortnight. Role Requirements Have experience in the Civil Construction industry. Hold a current NZ drivers' licence with WTR endorsements (Ideally Class 4 as well). Have experience and understanding of subgrade, road prep and sealing methods. Uphold a strong health and safety practice. Have excellent leadership and communication skills. Deliver projects to a high standard.
