Join the largest Civil Construction company in New ZealandAspiring Highways is a Fulton Hogan led collaboration between four key players in the roading construction sector based out of Alexandra operating the Roading Maintenance (NOC) contract covering from Haast Pass to Kingston, Lindis Pass to Rae's junction and Alexandra to Kyeburn.The role of Asset Manager is pivotal in prioritising, planning, and balancing forward work by asset group according to need versus the plan to ensure the budget for the NOC remains on track from year to year. The analysis and reporting you provide around planned maintenance and cost becomes critical to the annual plan submission and the ability to project a 10 year view on asset maintenance and management. This implies that you will have strong analytical and planning skills, with strong communication and reporting skills all complemented by a strength in numbers and financial acumen.Ideally you will come from a State Highway network or aligned asset maintenance background where the scoping across the asset base requires you to have consideration for a broad range of influencing factors. Your level of training and experience is therefore likely to contain an appropriate tertiary level qualification, backed by 5 plus years of hands-on application and experience with JUNO viewer, Roading Asset Management Maintenance (RAMM) software, Microsoft suite and similar.How you work with and manage the relationships across your stakeholder base that ranges from Engineering consultants to on-the-ground contractors will be a key enabler to achieving the goals in your role.Fulton Hogan is focused on building and maintaining critical infrastructure that connects communities across Australasia and the Pacific.
