Technical Recruitment Solutions – Christchurch, South Island$120,000 - $150,000 a yearWe are looking for a Road Seal Foreman who is interested in relocating to Perth, Western Australia.The OpportunityThe role is with a well-backed civil contractor. The Surfacing Foreman will be working on chip and spray work, looking after a team of 8-12 people. You'll be working on brand new roads throughout regional Western Australia, including some which could be nearer to Perth / Non FIFO. They have periods of busier workloads where it's typically 5 days working, 1 off. But during the quieter periods, you get plenty of time off and a more relaxed schedule.This role reports to the Senior Surfacing Supervisor, and occasionally to the Project Engineer. You'll be sent to various projects to complete the spray seal portion of the works. This includes managing the day-to-day running of the works (client liaising, material logistics, quality management, SHE management, daily paperwork and communication), and looking after all the plant and equipment that goes with it (bitumen sprayers, aggregate spreaders, etc).Salary Package:$120-150K AUDVehicleRelocation costs (visa, flights, relocating belongings, and 12 weeks accommodation)12% Superannuation (similar to a pension/kiwisaver)Phone and laptop provided.About you:Experienced as a Road Seal Foreman / ForepersonChip and Spray experience essentialHappy to travel and work away from home (Perth)This is a great opportunity to earn a competitive salary while joining a growing business with strong backing.
