In-depth knowledge of aggregates, surfacing (hot mix and chip-sealing) with a technical understanding of these materials and their applications Heavy vehicle licences (Classes 2, 3, 4 and 5), and R, T or W (rollers, tracks or wheels) endorsements are an advantage.
