We are seeking hard-working and reliable workers to join our team. To be successful in this position, you must hold a full Class 2 driver license, work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.Days and Hours Required: • Mon – Friday / 6:30am – 3pm • Rostered Saturdays/Sundays • Must be available for call outs – incident response.Where? Reporting to the Mt Wellington Depot initially, and then working across Auckland.Responsibilities: • Landscaping, garden maintenance, spraying • General labouring - manual loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. Digging holes and putting up signs. Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites. Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures. Pothole repairs. • Incident response – assisting police at callouts e.g oil spills, car accidents. • Assisting traffic control • Following all health and safety regulations.Requirements: • Basic TC qualification (Advantage) • Class 2 license • Team player and reliable • Ability to work weekdays and rostered weekends. • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting • Takes great pride in their work. • Pass pre-employment Drug Test • Pass satisfactory MOJ (Police check).If this sounds like the opportunity for you, click apply now.APPLICANTS FOR THIS POSITION SHOULD HAVE NZ RESIDENCY OR A VALID NZ WORK VISA
