Nelson Hospital Theatre Suite consists of 6 Operating Theatres with a Recovery Room, a Sterile Services department, and an Endoscopy suite. Shifts are rostered and rotating across Monday to Sunday with on-call after hours.

You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
Post-registration experience working with a multi-disciplinary perioperative team.
You will have a positive attitude, an innovative and adaptable approach to practice, excellent communication skills, and a real commitment to providing quality patient-centred care.
You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
