Shifts can be worked as 8 or 12 hour duration.We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years experience in critical care, either in Intensive Care, High Dependency care, Coronary care, or Emergency Nursing. Consideration will be given to nurses with a background in medical or surgical nursing who can demonstrate the ability to become competent in critical care.Our busy and well-equipped HDU/AAU provides critical care services for Wairau Hospital, including short term intensive care often transferring patients to secondary or tertiary level ICUs. It is co-located with our Emergency Department at Wairau Hospital. We provide a supportive and nurturing workplace to assist staff to meet the challenges of this diverse area, at the frontline of the acute health care service.Ko wai he kaitono totika?
