About therole Join our team as the Risk Lead at theWise Group, a critical role in guiding the risk, quality, and safety functionsacross our organisation.
In this position, you will take ownership ofoverseeing and managing our groupwide risk management efforts, fostering aculture of collaboration, growth, and success.
Your leadership will inspireyour team to reach their full potential while navigating our top challenges.
Some of yourresponsibilities will include: Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact the organisations operation, reputation and sustainability goals.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and regularly reviewed with a view to constant quality improvement Partner with key leaders and internal staff champions in advancing Te Toitutanga, the Wise Group sustainability strategy, in alignment with industry standards and best practices to influence change within and across the Group Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, sector standards and reporting requirements related to Health and Safety, risk management and sustainability.
This role is working Mondayto Friday with the flexibility to work from both home and the office.
Ouroffice is based in Hamilton East.
Ideally this role will be full time, however wewould look to consider part time for the right candidate.

We're seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of risk managementstrategies, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technicaland non-technical audiences.
An ability to influence and collaborate withdiverse stakeholders is essential.
A minimum of five years in a risk leadershiprole and a relevant qualification is required.
Familiarity with frameworks likeISO 31000, experience in large organisation's and knowledge of for-purposeorganisations are advantages.
