The APAC region holds immense significance for ZRS, and our ANZ business boasts a robust and well-resourced ZRS Team.Let's create a brighter future together, let's make a differenceWe are looking for a Risk Engineer to provide professional risk engineering and risk management advice to internal underwriting and claims staff and the customers of Zurich Insurance Limited (NZ) and growing fee income for Zurich Resilience Solutions.Key Responsibilities:This position requires a strong customer focus, incorporating the provision of timely and accurate technical support, aligned to the varying needs of internal and external customers.Conduct risk assessments across a broad spectrum of industries to analyse information and present conclusions in the form of written technical assessments in line with the International Risk Engineering Service Standards.A requirement for exceptional customer engagement and presentation skills is a key focus in the role of a service provider to internal and external customers and the incumbent must be highly responsive to the changing needs of all stakeholders.Important to your success - let's grow togetherRisk Engineering qualification or equivalent (preferred)Training assessment and hazard analysis across areas such as Motor Fleet, Property or Casualty (injury prevention, health & safety, etc.)Commercial acumen (ability to identify growth opportunities and build a network)Experience in a risk engineering/management related activity such as Risk Engineering, Risk Consulting, or Loss Control roles.Sound working knowledge of Risk Engineering, particularly as related to the Insurance Environment.Proven ability in risk assessment and hazard analysisProven ability to present in front of clients and stakeholdersBelong.
