The Role Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees and we are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join the team in Bristol. As RGM Manager you will support the Trade Investment and Customer Trade Margin Strategy development and delivery across the business. You will collaborate and problem solve with senior heads of Sales and Key Accounts in our biggest markets to support the delivery of our strategy. Principal Accountabilities Lead a team of senior Sales, Key Account and Commercial leaders to build a Trade Investment Framework that will help Imperial profitability deliver its transition into Next generation products over the coming years. You will lead Market projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Trade budgets in all channels of business. This will require you to build, manage and co-ordinate the project team made up of senior Sales leaders in the local markets along with external RGM consultants to deliver value generating ideas and plans. Bring Thought leadership to Sales community, by collating and defining new and innovative investment methods to assist our markets to deliver their challenging agenda. You will be responsible to support our key leaders in developing and delivering their RGM capability plan. Skills & Experience Required Strong commercial acumen. Key Account Management experience with large customers and/or Trade Marketing, ideally multi-category and global. Ability to generate new ideas and provide innovative solutions to demanding customer requirements. Highly collaborative. Powerful presenter and ability to take senior leaders with you. Able to co-ordinate activities across multiple teams and prioritise. Working experience in multicultural environments and several regions/markets. Passionate on continuous improvement and People development.
